What people ask
How is it different from Composer Fly and Signer Fly?
Document Fly ties them together: one call does what Composer Fly and Signer Fly do in two, and reports the status until the end.
How much does it cost?
Document and signature in the same call cost 12 credits, €1.20 VAT excluded; a verification text message 2 credits. Credits are prepaid and never expire; a top-up goes from €10 to €1,000, VAT excluded.
What kind of signature does it produce?
A simple electronic signature (SES) under eIDAS. AES and QES are coming soon: until then asking for one is refused explicitly.
How do I know the document is signed?
A signed webhook tells your system; or you read the request's status whenever you like.
If a call fails halfway, do I pay twice?
No: a call repeated with the same idempotency key picks up where it stopped and does not charge again for what was already done.
