What people ask
What kind of signature is it?
A simple electronic signature (SES) under eIDAS, with a completion certificate and the file's fingerprint. Advanced (AES) and qualified (QES) signatures are coming soon: until then asking for one is refused explicitly, never answered with a weaker signature.
Do signers need to register?
No. They get a link by email or text message, confirm with a one-time code and sign, on a phone or a computer.
How much does a signature cost?
A signature request costs 10 credits (€1.00 VAT excluded); a verification text message 2 credits. Document and signature in the same call cost 12 credits (€1.20).
What is left after signing?
The signed PDF, the completion certificate with the event trail and the SHA-256 fingerprint, which anyone can check online.
Can I use my own brand?
Yes: logo, colours and the text of the emails and signing pages, in Italian and English, from the console.
